Question about Admission Documents

Hi I just have a quick question regarding my transcript. I mailed it to UT Austin (I live in California) on Thursday. My counselor said as long as it is in the mail by December 1st then it is okay. On MyStatus however it says that all documents "that arrive" by the deadline are considered on time. I know it takes awhile to process documents but lets say that my transcript gets there on Monday the 3rd, even though I sent it on 29th... Does this mean my application is incomplete and I won't be considered for admission? My BHP application does read completed but I am assuming if the primary application is incomplete they won't even look at BHP, right? Sorry I guess that was two questions.

*BTW the only reason I sent my transcript late is that our school doesn't put our rank on our transcripts (because we are weird) and I only caught it recently. I had to sit down with my counselor and get a note and signature and all that stuff.

It really sucks, but I think if it arrives late, it’s late, even if you sent it out before the deadline.

Everything has to be received, but not processed, by dec 1st. I think you might be late, in that case

Er, I’m confused. On our school’s Naviance, it says the UT application is print and needs to be mailed, yet when I did my application it was all online?
And so because of that, is the high school transcript supposed to be mailed by ourselves or can the guidance counselor send it online? I thought, after I did my application online, that the transcript could be sent online so I left it for my guidance counselor but now it’s Dec. 2 and on MyStatus the transcript is missing so obviously it’s not sent and now I am very worried.
