Question about admission in Summer instead of Fall

<p>Hi! I applied for fall '14 at ucf, but was offered admittance for summer '14 otherwise i'm deferred. What does that mean? Why am I admitted for summer, but not fall?</p>

<p>Also, if I accept the summer '14 online is that binding? I only have 30 days to decided. If I click on 'accept' what does that really mean? Will I need to attend UCF or can I attend an other university after I click "accept" ? </p>

<p>You were admitted for Summer Term because your stats were not competitive enough for fall term. This happens fairly often with students, so I wouldn’t be discouraged. Be thankful they offered you acceptance. I’m not sure if it’s binding, in any legal manner, but if you accept, that’s you deciding you’re attending UCF. So you need to make the decision within those 30 days.</p>
