Question about AP Credit

My goal is to transfer from my current institution to a college of higher regard once I have 60 credits. I entered my current school with a significant amount of credit hours from AP tests, but some of the scores I received do not convert into credit at the new college.

Does this mean that I won't have those prerequisites at my new school and will have to take them (if I even get accepted)? I did much better in college than in high school in terms of GPA, so I want the emphasis to be on those grades, but if I'm applying with fewer credits I'm worried my chances will be lower.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

I have kind of been wondering the same thing, especially with prereqs like the ENCs. Will I have to retake ENC 1101, lets say, even though I completed ENC 1102 at a university? I’ll be taking a 4900 LIT course next semester, too.
