Question about AP English Credit

<p>Hi,
I'm going to be in Warren in the fall and will be majoring in mechanical engineering. </p>

<p>Last year I passed the AP English Lang & Comp exam with a 4. This year I am in AP English Lit & Comp and am scheduled to take the exam. According to the Advanced</a> Placement Credit chart Lang & Comp already met the Entry Level Writing Requirement. Since there is an 8-unit max for both tests I assume passing Lit & Comp won't give me any additional units.</p>

<p>Are there any benefits to passing Lit & Comp or is it a waste of time and money to take the test? It seems that Lang & Comp has given me all the benefits passing Lit & Comp would.</p>

<p>Yeah there is no point in taking it. I took mine anyways since i felt bad for being in the class the whole year and not even giving a shot to see what i would get.</p>

<p>i didnt realize i didnt really have to take it until like…the week we had to pay for ap tests. and i was still unsure, so i took it anyways.
also i took it to shove it in the face of my teacher who was a B and thought i was a total dickhead :|</p>
