question about ap tests.

I didn't do amazing, but I was relieved I got a 3 or above on all of them.
U.S. History- 4
European History- 3
U.S. government and politics- 4

I think it's ironic because I don't actually take AP US history in school or government and politics (my school doesn't offer it). I studied for it on my own, but I do take AP European History and that was my lowest and what I thought was my expertise, but I guess not.

Should I definately send all my scores to colleges, even the 3?
I'm asking because most of the colleges I'm applying to only accept a 4 or a 5 for a credit.

You don't send your AP scores for admission. You send them only to the college you attend.

As for reporting, it's up to you. I'd list them all because even a 3 in Euro won't hurt you.

^ ditto to everything they said.

so for the common app, should you put them in, does it hurt you if you do have them there even if some are low

ok thankyou.

I heard from an admissions counselor (UCLA) that even a 1 is better than nothing because it shows you made an effort.
