Question about application. Please help!!! :)

<p>I did a paid internship over the summers at a hospital doing research.
I really wanted to emphasize this in my application and so I put it in both my extracurricular activities and my work experience.</p>

<p>I listed it as biomedical research in my activities and as a research internship in my work experience. I have already sent my application to two schools.</p>

<p>I was wondering if this was okay and if I should call admissions to clarify that they are both one thing.</p>

<p>I agree with 99cents, don't worry about it, especially because if you really are interested in the biomedical field, you've probably done some other stuff that could be qualified as "research", so it's not technically the same thing :D</p>
