Question about application status

A few days ago, my MyPitt account stated that my SAT/ACT scores were still needed, even though I requested that ACT send them on 9/8/15. Now, my account doesn’t show the missing documents, and is also marked as “Incomplete.” What does this mean? Do they have my scores? I’ve contacted the processor via email.

This happened to me and it cleared up by itself in a couple days! You can check back and it will say it is marked as “Complete.”

Sometimes an application will stay marked as incomplete even after we have received everything (a small quirk in our system). If you have no outstanding items specifically listed, you should be fine! Since you emailed us, our processors will double check that for you.
