I'm probably just a little too antsy about all of this, but here's the scoop. I just got an email from the admissions department regarding my application. It sounded pretty standardized, with info about deadlines and financial aid forms and whatever else. But, there was one paragraph in particular that got to me:

"As supporting documents for your application arrive, they will be added to your file. The required Supplement to the Common Application can be found at http://www.kenyon.edu. Should your application not be complete by the required date, you will be notified as to what is missing. It will then be your responsibility to make sure that those materials are sent. Since we will contact you if materials are missing, there is no need for you to call concerning the status of your file. We will also send you a postcard when your application is complete."

Is this just some sort of blanket statement that all applicants receive, or is it meant to indicate that I've got forms missing? I haven't gotten the postcard yet, but I understand that they're probably still processing stuff from early December. I tried calling, but the admissions office was closed today. Has anyone else (ED kids?) gotten this email? I sent in the supplement online, but maybe something went wrong... Am I getting worked up about nothing?
