Where I live, HS starts in grade 10 and finishes in grade 13. However, when I was looking through colleges they mostly want your transcripts and stuff from grade 9-12, should I send them my high school transcripts or what they want?

Where do you live? They list grades 9-12 because every US high school has graduation in 12th year. If you are now in 13th and applying then what you should send is whatever your high school transcript would be, meaning starting with 10th.

I live in Dubai ( I know ew, right? My dad works there, what can I do?) . I’m currently in grade 10. Thanks though.

Oh and if I’m doing IGCSE does that count in America? And what grade do I have to do the SATs in, If I’m graduating in grade 13?

As to non-US high schools you can ignore the 9 to 12 reference because for other countries they just want whatever would be the equivalent to US high school. You can take SATs at any time between now and the last testing date that a college allows for admission, which is often the December testing date of your senior year in high school, i.e., the one that occurs in December in the US, not sure which one that would be in Dubai but it would need to be December or before of your senior year for many colleges although a number of colleges even take the January test. Also if applying early decison or early action that last testing date is usually October or November of your senior year. Most in the US take them in spring of their junior year and/or fall of senior year in high school but there is no rule that you can’t take them earlier. Not aware of any that give special recognition to IGCSE but putting it on your application as part of your essay or list of ECs would be worth mentioning.

Again, Thanks a lot for the thorough information.
