I have a 3.7 GPA and 31 ACT, do I still have a chance if I submit my application this week? Is it a lot harder to be accepted rolling instead of EA?

Definitely worth it. Hard to say your chances without more information like rigor of classes, ECs, IS/OOS, etc.

Regardless, you probably have a 50/50 chance, so it’s worth applying.

EDIT: If you have a 33 ACT and 4.15 ACT (per your other post), I would DEFINITELY apply - http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/university-notre-dame/1048899-chance-me-ea.html#post1066052870

Haha oh sorry, my friend and I are sharing an account. The 3.7 and 31 are my stats for Michigan. Would you say my chances have gone down from if I had applied EA?

No worries. EA definitely helps your chances. Are you in-state or out-of-state?

I’m out of state. I’m applying to engineering, I took AP Calc AB last year, this year I take two math classes (one of which is the hardest math course my school offers) and AP Physics C

I have pretty good extracurriculars and community service. My essays are good too

…?

I would say reach because of OOS—probably 50/50 chance
