<p>i am going to apply to ucr, uci, ucla, ucsb, ucsd. is the engineering major impacted in any of these schools. i’ve also heard that if i want to major in engineering then i have to take SAT II math 2c (which i’ve already taken) and a science. does biology count for that requirement or does it have to be either physics or chemistry.</p>
<p>Engineering is impacted at UCLA and UCSD. The other ones probably won't see a tremendous difference, and when I got my packet from UCSB it actually seemed that engineering was easier to get into (at least numberswise). You don't HAVE to take SAT II math IIC and a science, but it would be recommended.</p>
