Hello.

Ok, so I'm applying Early Action having put down my preferred field as business admin/management.

However, I have a pretty decent feature-length screenplay that I wrote last year that I want to attach, just for the heck of it.

Can you only do the art supplement if you're specifically going into an artistic major? Or can you do it regardless of your field just to display your diversity of skills?

As has been said many times before, MIT recognizes that most students are not completely certain what it is that they want to major in. Even if, for example, you know that you love chemistry, do you want to major in “Chemistry”, “Chemical Engineering” or “Materials Science”. They are all flavors of chemistry. Similarly, MIT does not expect anyone to be certain of whether or not they are going into an artistic major (whatever that is). The arts supplement is open to all.
