How can you tell if a course is UC transferable? Is it by the side next to the course where it says UC-E, M, H, B, and S, because I've been reading threads and I assume that Intermediate Algebra is not transferable because its not listed on Assist, but the language course I see is listed but it doesn't have a UC-E, M, H, B, or S on it?

The E, M, H, B, or S are the requirements like English, Math, Humanities, and Etc.

Sorry, if this is awkwardly worded, but I wanted a quick response.

Also, if those courses are transferable, do they count on your UC gpa, even though they don’t fulfill any of the UC-E, M, H, B, or S requirements?

after chosing your CC in assist, DO NOT chose the school you want to transfer to. instead, below that field click the UC transferable courses link. Then select your department. If your course isn’t listed, its not transferable.

in your app it’ll say CCCT by the course listing.

If the course is UC transferable then it will be counted in the UC GPA even if it doesn’t meet one of the UC Eligibility Requirements in English (UC-E), Math (UC-M), Arts and Humanities (UC-H), Social and Behavioral Sciences (UC-B) or Physical and biological Sciences (UC-S).
