<p>For the awards section, I was wondering if National Honor Society and California Scholarship Federation are an award? Well, I had to apply to get into those clubs and also maintain my GPA so are these considered awards?</p>
<p>Also, if they are considered awards, when there is a box where you check level of recognition whether it be 'State, school, national, etc.'.....would national honor society be school and national recognition? or only school?
and would california scholarship federation be state and school? or only school?</p>
