I went to website of Cal Grant and checked my status, in "CA Aid Report (CAR)" it showed only 2 out of my 8 universities (Caltech and Stanford). I won't go to any of them anyways but my UCs aren't listed there maybe because I did 2 sessions of FAFSA (first one for all UCs, 2nd for just two private colleges). All colleges received my FAFSA and now I already messeged to Cal Grant office asking them to put UC Davis, Santa Barbara and Berkeley on my list and take away Stanford and Caltech. Is it ok or that's it and I won't get any Calgrant help or they'll change it? Than kyou

And another question. I received letters telling how much Ucs will pay for my education.
UCSB $1200 new freshman scholarship, $5786 grant=6986
UCD $8773 grant, $350 univ. FACE grant=9123
But somehow on UCD in calgrant place it says $1551 (Cal GRant B first year, then 6000 next 3 years) and on UCSB it says already $6141 from Cal Grant A, so my first question is why UCD choosed CalGrant B and UCSB CalGrant A and second question does awards from CalGrant depend in which college will I go (UCD or UCSB)?

And third question. If I'l qualife for Calgrant B this year but then in 2006 my parents will make more money, will people take CalGrant B from me or they'll keep paying for me? I mean there is Cal Grant A which is like 5800 and calgrant B which is 1500 first year and then more 6000 the rest of school. And after first year of college fin. office will get tax return for 2006 and they'll be like "his parents already make some money so we'll take CalGrant B away" so I'll get only 1500 in aid my first year not 5800 and then I am screwed.
