Question about classes

Okay, so I'm a junior at the moment but very unsure on how I should approach my class schedule.

Right now, im taking
Webdesign 2 elective
AICE english lang
AICE statistics
Physics Honors
AICE PSY
Gov Hon
Community Involvement - Comm Coll class

At the moment, I have C's in Stats and PSY and I think I'll be dropping them come the second semester and replacing them with other Community College classes because i have the option to Duel Enroll

The second semester looks like
Humanities-most recent era i guess
General Psychology
Precalc algebra
Physics honors
Economic honors
Aice English lang
Volleyball

Will my second semester hurt me? or the dropping of full year long classes for just semester? I know I'll earn an A the three Community college or at least stand a chance at a very good grade.

I need to bring up my GPA and this is the best way I think but im not sure if i should let the AICE classes go or not because they're a 2 semester class.

If I go through with the second semester as plan, ill finish with about a 4.3-4.4 GPA for the year after combining 1st and 2nd semesters. If I dont, Im looking at a 4.0 W.

I plan on going Full time duel enrollment (taking between 9-10 semester classes) for my senior year as after my junior year, ill be over 24 credits (23.5 is the requirement to graduate) I really want to raise my GPA cause it is about a 3.5 W from 9th and 10th grade cause I messed around in fairly hard classes. I took the hardest honors/Pre Aice teachers and that got me 3 C's in my core classes with the only A coming from AICE precalc.

Have any suggestions? I really would love to attend UF or FSU but right now im looking in form the outside. My SAT's wouldnt be the problem(hopefully ill be about a 1500 by the time i graduate; 1400-1450 currently), nor my EC's.

What should I do?
