question about combined degree

<p>Hey guys, i posted this on the engineering section but i would also like some information from the business section.</p>

<p>I will be attending SUNY Buffalo and they offer joint BS degree in Industrial Engineering and Economics that will take 5 years to complete or 4.5 years to complete if i take summer courses for 3 years. </p>

<p>Do you guys think Industrial Engineering Combined with a Economics degree is a good idea or i should double major with something else. </p>

<p>Is double major a bad thing?</p>

<p>I'd do it, it will separate you from other people, open up a HUGE variety of career options, and give you a solid chance for a good grad school or MBA program down the road.</p>
