Question about common app prompt

One of the new Common App Essay prompts is "Reflect on a time when you challenged a belief or idea. What prompted you to act? Would you make the same decision again?"

What I am concerned about here is the wording. Some of the other prompts start with "describe" while this one starts with "reflect". Does this mean I should not focus much on the background and how the incident happened, and put much more focus on how the incident affected me? I ask this because I have some unique, personal details about the event itself that I feel would make the essay stand out. I am writing about how I reconciled science with my Buddhist religion through an unique event that happened at the temple. But I worry that those details might detract/not leave enough room for the "reflection" part.

What do you guys think?
Thanks in advance for any and all responses to my question!

Just because it says reflect you still have to describe. Thats likes saying “Think about a time when you …” Focus on you, tell who you are through your challenge and how it has shaped you.
