Question about declaring a major

On the application, you obviously have to declare a major. I'm planning on doing either a double major in international business and finance, or a single major in one of them. I'm really not favoring one, so would you recommend putting one over the other for any reason?

Thanks!

I am planning on double majoring in history and psychology but I have more reason as to why I want to major in psychology therefore I am writing about that in my application. Declaring majors for the first time in college is not concrete. You can always add and adjust your major later. Just pick the one you have more to write about and are more passionate about and write about that

It doesn’t really matter which major you indicate. In the MSB you don’t declare your major until the end of sophomore year so on the application the only thing that matters is which school you apply into. Current freshman intending to be an IB/Finance double major and if I remember correctly I chose Finance to put on the application because IB is usually a supplement major most MSBers pair with another major like Finance or Accounting.
