<p>My son has a desk lamp that attaches to his desk using a clamp type device. Will that work for the desk in Ridgecrest South North Tower? It is a pretty heavy duty lamp we bought at ikea. The clamp works great here at home but I wasn’t sure the desk would have an ‘edge’ to clamp it to. Thanks.</p>
<p>I am almost 100% sure that the desk was just a flat surface. My son had a regular desk lamp and stuff up to the back edge of the desk. There really was no place to clamp a lamp.</p>
<p>We bought a clamp lamp too but for the bed. I hope it works! We will be moving her in this Saturday.</p>
<p>I don’t recall seeing a “ledge” to connect a clamp lamp.</p>
