question about Duke's SAT2 policy

I'm currently a junior, and i checked the site and it said that they don't require students to take SAT 2 language tests but strongly encourage them. I'm Korean, and I've come to the US last year, finishing up to my sophomore year in Korea. However, in Korea we start foreign language studies, excluding english, at 11th grade. Even if I took a foreign language right now I would just finish only up till level I, and I know this is no level to take the SAT2. Should I just take Korean as my SAT 2 language test or should I just not take one? I know SAT 2 KOrean is wicked easy for Koreans so it's 800 or nothing.

Duke strongly encourages an SAT II language for placement purposes mostly once you matriculate. I didn't take one and I got in. I mean if you can get an extra 800 that is never a bad thing but I wouldn't worry too much about it if you're not ready to take a different language SAT II--in fact I'd adivise against it.

how much do SAT 2's actually matter over SAT I's, in the admissions confidential book SAT two's were never really emphasized except for scholarship purposes.
