<p>Nowhere in the OPs question do they imply that east coast schools look down on or lie about how they consider ACT scores. The OP is merely asking if they need to take some subject tests along with their ACT for some schools–which they do. Given that this is a first time poster, how about sticking to the question asked without reading in more than is there?</p>
