<p>Hi, Im trying to transfer to UC Irvine or Merced from CSU fresno as a BA major. I should have all my major pre-reqs and GE completed, except Merced's "Introduction to Finance," with a 3.9x GPA by spring. </p>
<p>But then during my filling out my application, I noticed that the UCs want two english comp classes to be taken for their GE. I took an accelerated English class, English 10, that combines English 5A and 5B at CSUF and I haven't taken another English comp class besides that. Will this Englsih 10 class satisfy the two classes of English comp requirement? If not, should I even bother applying. I was really looking forward to maybe getting a chance to get out of Fresno, trying to complete all my pre-reqs and everything so noticing this was quite a bummer. Any answers of advice will be appreciated. thanks.</p>
