The two main writing prompts (at least for the College) are:

1.a. Describe yourself
OR
b. Talk about an experience in a diverse community

Why Georgetown?

Anyways, my answers to each of these are different, but they have similar undertones. Both concern me valuing equality and wanting to take action to promote equality.

My first essay is going to be about a specific action I took to promote equality, why I value equality, etc. (Yeah, I know it sounds cliched. Trust me, the essay isn't so shallow.)

My second essay is talking about why I believe Georgetown is the perfect stage for me to make the changes I want in this world (Again, not cliched as it sounds)

So, my question is: if I talk about why I value equality in my first essay, do I need to talk about WHY I want to make positive changes for equality in my second essay? Or should I write as if the reader will already know from my first essay why I value equality and would want to spread such a message?

Thanks!
