Question About Extenuating Circumstances?

<p>Should I include a letter of extenuating circumstances in my application? I have depression and anxiety, but it really hasn't affected my grades at all. Do I need to include it anyways?</p>

<p>Also, would it be bad if I did? I mean, would it negatively affect my application and chances of getting in? </p>

<p>I'm a US student applying for the B. Mus/B. Ed concurrent program, by the way.</p>
