Question about fee for submitting scores

When you submit scores, does collegeboard charge by test or by college?
Lets say you took the SAT twice.
The ACT once.
And took 2 SAT Subject tests.

Collegeboard says you can submit 4 free within 9 days of the test. Assume that deadline passed and you must pay $11.25 to send scores.

And you apply to 4 colleges - let's call them colleges A B C D.

You want to send your best SAT sitting to all. So that's 4 x $11.25. right?
Then colleges C & D say they want ALL test scores - so that's another 2 x $11.25?
And college A wants the Subject tests scores - that's another $11.25?

Is that how it works?
Or do you get a discount when you send the SAT and the Subject scores to college A?

Thanks!

anyone been through this?

Maybe call the college board? I’m not sure but I thought you pay for every score sent? So the schools that want best score you pay for one score sent, the ones that want all scores you pay for all three scores sent and then you pay for subject test scores.
