question about fin aid documents

when i logged into the My Financial Aid, it says im missing a custodial parent form and a student tax report. now im assuming that since i did not work during 2006, i dont have to send a student tax report but im having trouble figuring out what the custodial parent form is. does anyone know what document they are referring to?

Are your parents divorced? The custodial parent is the parent that has custody of you.

dont know about the parents but i think you have to submit "student non-filing" form or something!

Why not call the financial aid office and ask direct questions

thanks for the replies, i found the documents on their website. i was just panicking a bit because i thought i filed all necessary documents by the priority deadline. apparently i did not and have to send in a few more things.

link website?

sure,

<a href="http://www.usc.edu/admission/fa/forms/forms1.html%5B/url%5D">http://www.usc.edu/admission/fa/forms/forms1.html</a></p>

Do prospective undergrads have to apply with all of these too (Asset Info, Parent; Asset Med Info; etc.)? On the undergrad fin.aid. site it just says CSS, FAFSA, and Fed. Tax Returns...

i was under the impression that the info from most of the forms can be found either in the CSS or FAFSA. for now, im just sending in the documents that are listed under "missing" in the My Financial Aid account. check your My Financial Aid account and just send in the documents that USC requests and it should be fine.
