Question about Financial aid at Stanford

Hello!
I am an international who is applying on early action at Stanford. I have a couple of questions about the documents concerning the financial aid at Stanford:
1. As I was filling in my CSS PROFILE i read the following: "If your country's tax year follows the calendar year, enter the information below for 2013." This is the case in my country. But how can I give such information as the year 2013 has not finished yet? Should I give information for the first few months ( from January to September-October) and make some estimations for November and December based on the information about the previous months?

There is a document called International Student Certification of Finances which is given as a pdf file in the Stanford's website. How should I send this form? Should I print it, fill it in and then fax it/mail it/online send it?

I am really worried about everything as the deadline is approaching. I would appreciate some help! Thanks in advance

For 2013, you need to estimate the full 2013 year. You already have the amounts from January until the end of October. Just add in what the expected income will be for the remainder of the year.

Re: the certificate of finances…why don’t you send a quick email to Stanford, and ask them.
