Question about financial aid form (not about the correlation to admission)

<p>I filled out and filed my Fafsa in early february so im fine on that level. However i was not able to get together with my mom and fill out the CSS until 2 days ago. I JUST sent out both sets of 06 returns and my 07 returns (my mom hasnt gotten hers back yet). I also sent a letter with the returns saying I would send my mom's 07 return when she recieved it. I know Cornell said they extended the deadline for financial aid, but till when? Am i too late? Will I miss out on FA?</p>

<p>Why don't you contact FA office directly? The notes I saw indicated the online system would be down ( I believe 14-17?) but also said CU was still accepting applications for FA. With everyone you have done and sent, I would imagine they would work with you. Call their office and see.</p>

<p>Cornell accepts FA for the current academic year (08-09 for you) until pretty late in the fall semester. You will get FA if you qualify...no worries...you might just get your FA package a little bit later than others since they couldn't complete it without the tax returns.</p>
