question about friends

are you kidding me?

Are you ****ing kidding me? Why would I have any reason to hate Asians? That's a horrible generalization. To make another bad generalization, most of my Asian friends agree that their parents/people are the most racist they know.

i said most. how many asians do you see at ivies now compared to jewish?

um, take one big look at the UC's. Also what does "americans hating asians" have anything to do with asian vs. jew at Ivy's?? There's a lot of anti semitism in WASPy america too, so what does that have to do with anything?? I am really offended by that comment actually, as both of my best friends are asian.

I also know a lot of asian people who are racist against black people. Racism of all sorts is bad but you can't say that "most" or "all" of any race is one way or another.

changbj88, you have no idea what you're talking about. Asians are 2% of the United States population and 15% of the Ivy League. Are you actually trying to say that Asians are underrepresented minorities?

"I got a good friend who is asian, and he dislikes hanging out with asians. Reason being they often think he is too "white washed". Hes a good guy, so the better for us to have him as a friend. But this is just one case."

Yeah that is an issue. Alot of ppl from other races feel that if you hang out with white ppl or something your sucking up to them or God knows what which makes no sense to me because it's like their saying they feel inferior to them. One way or another, I think if you hit it off well with someone you souldnt really care what race they are. besides, if their from another race or whatever, it'll be all the more interesting and really broaden your perspective abt the world.
