Would it be legit if i put my gpa from 10-12 in the application and specify the years where they ask you to put the years that are taken in acount in the gpa?

It's your app, so you can do it how you want, but IMO, I don't think its a good idea. They're going to get your transcript and see your freshman year grades anyway. Also, it may seem odd or fishy or maybe even borderline dishonest to them. I know what you are trying to get at, but the perception of it may be misunderstood if that is all they see.

anyone else?

Harvard considers all four years, so putting your GPA down for only three years is rendered fruitless on your part.

This is where I'm a confused on GPA... everyone says they consider all 4 years, but since you've only completed about 3.5 years, are senior year grades (up until you send your app in) weighted as an entire year? Like, as much as any other year?

Ah. Senior year. Although Junior year was hell, senior year is a different kind of hell.

But yes, Senior year grades are Tres Important! They're a reflection that you're taking hard courses, continuing to challenge yourself and not letting Senioritis get to you. My school sends off first quarter and first semester grades as they come in. And if you're wait listed, then your final grades will matter.
