Question about health insurance

Do most people take on Penn's health insurance plan, or just stick with their parents'? I know the health insurance is about an extra 2,000 which isn't included in the whole "Tuition and Fees" thing that Penn advertises, so that could potentially be an issue. But in your experience, has it been easier to have the Penn insurance or your parents'? Do most people even go to the doctor that much?

in most cases it is probably best to stay with your parents if you are still eligible.
