Question about Honors College Application

My DD was working on her application last night and asked me this question. Since Pierre and others seem to be in the "know" I thought I would ask it here. My dd used the optional essay to talk about one of her ec's. She used a version of her Common Application essay but revised it and made it more Clemson relevant. This essay really answers the first question of the Honors College Application. Can she use it again? Will the same people who review her application for admission be reviewing her Honors College Application?

Thank you for your help.

I don’t see why not if it answers the question completely (I’m not familiar with the Honors College application since I didn’t apply).

PS - Clemson doesn’t use the Common Application. I’m guessing you mean that you submitted the same essay through the Clemson application?

Honors sees only the application materials submiotted through their process and no others, so it’s safe to adapt as long as it is done carefully (change name of other school to Clemson, for example).

Thanks for the responses.
