Question about how applying to Wharton works, help!

If I apply ED to the Jerome Fisher program at Wharton and get rejected, what happens? Will they still consider me for other Wharton programs, like engineering or something? Or do they automatically ED you for regular undergrad admissions at UPenn? If you choose not to do ED for undergrad at UPenn (not wharton), can you still do regular decision?

I think you are pretty confused about how "Penn" works. The University of Pennsylvania is made up of 4 undergraduate schools: College of Arts and Sciences, School of Engineering and Applied Science, the Nursing School and the Wharton School of Business. Thus, all 4 are a part of 'Penn.' There are joint programs between some of these schools such as the Jerome Fisher Program--which combines the School of Engineering and Applied Science with the Wharton Business School. If you ED at Jerome Fisher you get to indicate a back-up choice: either Engineering or Business, it's up to you. If denied admission to Jerome Fisher you will be considered for the back-up choice.
Engineering is not a 'Wharton program' but is a seperate school at Penn like Wharton. Wharton doesn't offer anything other than business.
