First of all, I got that letter inviting me to attend so I RSVPed online awhile ago but I can't find any confirmation email and I don't remember getting a confirmation. Did anyone get an email? Or do I just bring the invitation letter?

Also on the letter it says it begins at 9:30, but when does it end? Also since I have to drive up to LA that morning is it really necessary to get there at 8:45 (45 min early) like the letter says?

Phew, I didn’t get a confirmation email either and I was just panicking thinking that I didn’t RSVP (even though I’m pretty sure I did). Just bring the invitation with you.

I’m not sure when the whole thing ends, but the last housing tour (which is the last session) leaves at 3:45. So at the most it would end at 4:00, but maybe a bit earlier. Check the website to make sure.

I’m doing L&S, however want to transfer into CoE. Can I still attend this haha ?

uhh, i think it says it’s by invitation only…

Also anyone know where is the best place to park for Royce Hall? It looks like parking lot 4 or 5 from the map.

i just rsvp’ed today (yikes!)
but i’m sure it’s okay righttt?
they should have had room for all the engineering prospective students, right?

Ya i would really like to go to this… crap

there’s no way they would be gay and say that i can’t go right? i’m driving 6 hours tomorrow.

If you managed to RSVP then I don’t think they’ll turn you away.

6 hours dude? wow you have to leave like 3 in the morning lol

If you just RSVPed, you still can go. You can even go if you didn’t RSVP. But you just won’t be able to get your meal tickets - so if you RSVPed late or didn’t RSVP, bring some extra money for lunch!
I think they have a parking lot set up for this event. According to their website ([HSSEAS OASA | Freshmen Open House 2009](http://www.seasoasa.ucla.edu/openhouse/2009.html)), you should park at Lot 2 (cost $9). Do not park at any other lots because the campus police will give you parking tickets if you don’t have a UCLA parking pass; so park at the designated parking lot!
The event basically ends after the last housing tour. But you can still stay on campus and explore around.
And BRING YOUR INVITATION LETTER!!! It’s your ticket to the event. If you lost/misplaced it, then just print the email that you should’ve received a while back about the invitation (with your invitation ID number on it).
