<p>I think that means that you’re in. “Regular Review” probably means that you didn’t apply ED.</p>
<p>It means either that you were admitted in the regular review of the applications or that you have been admitted subject to the regular review of applications either to double check everything, to make sure there is space available in the major department, to make sure that you graduate with high enough grades, etc.</p>
<p>Sorry to keep you in suspense, but you will need to phone the admissions office to find out, if the terms are not explained on the website.</p>
