On my intern app for my US Senator, one of the question to answer is "Please describe the educational plans you intend to pursue in our office? ". What does this mean? Does it ask if I'm getting credit for my internship, what year in school I'm going to be? I'm a HS senior, so is the question directed more @ college students? Please help- I'm confused. :)

I interpret it to mean something along the lines of “How does this internship tie in to your educational interests?” Say something like “As a prospective political science major, I want to experience government first hand in order to blah blah blah”.

^ Thanks! I think I’ll just go with that and if it doesn’t work, blame you! ;)

I think that you can interpret it to mean what skills and experiance will this internship give you in regards to your career goal.

…basically tell them what you plan to get out of working there. You can say you want to steal their expensive chairs.
