<p>Is the application due BEFORE Jan 1st or ON January 1st?</p>
<p>Although I probably should just assume before, but I've been making minute little "upgrades" and will probably continue to do so until the last minute :D</p>
<p>On January 1st. Don’t wait until the last few hours if you can avoid it because the you never know what may happen to the server and it’s best to be safe.</p>
