<p>I've been on the mailing list for all of the UCs I'm applying to for months now, except for one, which did not visit my school. I'm submitting my application tomorrow and I was wondering if I should sign up online now for its mailing list? It seems almost pointless but I heard that the mailing list shows interest... but would it be even worse to sign up for it 4 days before the deadline? </p>
<p>UCs don’t consider showing interest. It will not matter for admissions at all if you are on a mailing list. Feel free to sign up if you like.</p>
