Is LAC's like trinity college, conn college, franklin and marshall, and the similar liberal arts colleges, easier to gain acceptance as they have an uneven ratio between males and females?

What about asians as they seem to be an URM in these schools?

thanks!

Asians tend to have relatively better chances than they have elsewhere as affirmative action doesn’t work against them as much at LACs as it does at, say, research universities. If the admissions rate of whites is your benchmark, though, I’m not sure if Asians fare better or worse than that. It probably depends on the college.

Lots of LACs have more females than males, and in some cases this gives males an advantage. The only statistics I know are for Vassar. The student body is 58% female. Overall acceptance rate 24%. Female acceptance rate 19%. Male acceptance rate 33%. I’m not sure if this holds true for all other LACs.
