I applied to CMC regular decision, but I’m worried about my chances because of the school’s selectivity. I did, however, get two additional letters of recommendation, one from an alumnus and the other from a current professor, both of whom I have known for my entire life. How much do you think these letters will help my chances of getting in?
If it adds to your application, send it. I sent a supplemental letter from a club adviser where I had shown significant leadership.
Again, if it adds a unique element to your application, send the letter.
