I auditioned for the school of fine arts to be a music major and was rejected. On my application, I put down that I wanted my second choice major to be communications in radio-tv-and film. I have been rejected from the fine arts school so now I am being considered for communications. Is this going to make my chances of getting in harder than if I had selected a major in Arts and Sciences? I called about switching to an undecided major and they said it cannot be done now. Have I hurt my chances?
Thank you!
