Question about merit-based scholarship

i was wondering if anyone knows approximately how long the essays for part A (educational goals) and part B (autobiography) should be. Mine is 378 words but it only takes up 3/4ths of a page, which to me seems pretty short. Thanks.

Mine was about three pages double spaced, probably roughly 500 words. Some say longer, but both of my admission essays were the same length and I got in ED, so I figured to make the merit-based a similar length. I'd get that in if I were you, because it needs to be postmarked by Sunday.

Mine were two to three pages double spaced.

i got mine to 511 words, but it's not even 2 pages double-space

Um. the application says you must answer essay a OR essay b, not both, and with some of yuo saying "Mine were" it kind of gives the impression you did both. You had me worried for a minute.

I wrote about the biography selection and mine was about two pages, double spaced, about 630 words.

I did all four essays and had it in by December 1st.

does anyone know when they let people know if they got an interview? has that already happened?

For this year (ie: are you a junior or senior?)
I had my interview during the summer, I called before I visited the campus.

wait wait, four essays are only required if you were applying for Reynolds or Carswell, right?

Yes and those deadlines passed December 1, the deadline for the rest is January 1.

I mean an interview for the Reynolds or Carswell or any of the other scholarships.
