<p>I want to transfer to Michigan 2010 fall with a double major Actuary in math department and Finance from Ross. Which way should i have a better chance, just apply for actuary and transfer into Ross after i got Accepted or apply for both at the first place? I am currently a freshman in UGA. One more question, will they they check my second semester's Grade when i transfer?
That is my status:

ACT 28( i know it is low, but i heard it is not important for transferring. is that true?)
College GPA -3.57 I underestimate the college at the first semester.
