Question about moving-in date (transfer students)

<p>Hi guys,</p>

<p>I've been accepted as a transfer(Columbia College) and I am not sure when to move-in.</p>

<p>I notice that there is a new student orientation starting around August 31 and that the first class starts on September 8.</p>

<p>Are transfer students required to attend the new student orientation?(It seems like the orientiation is only for freshmen students)
If not, I am planning to move-in around 9/6... </p>

<p>Transfer students... when are you guys moving in? And regular sophomore students, when are u guys going back to campus? </p>

<p>Yup. As a transfer you get your own set of events as well but you have to be there for orientation week. A few of those (about half) are with the freshman class. In addition you get a group leader (established student) as well as a group of other transfer students that are supposed to be your click for the week. Supposed to.</p>
