question about National portfolio day !!

<p>Hi everyone,
My portfolio was approved and the instructor told me I got accepted into SAIC at NPD. but I'm still very insecure. Once my portfolio has been approved, it means I'm 100% admitted to SAIC?</p>

<p>and also, did anyone from past years (2001~2009) get into SAIC with a situation like mine? when do I actually get the acceptance letter from them?</p>

<p>and also, how do I apply for scholarship by FEB.15 without getting the actual acceptance letter from SAIC like now or this weekend? </p>

<p>I'll be appreciated with any help!!</p>
