Question about Official Transcript (CSULB conditional admission)

Hi.

So I got offered conditional admission to CSULB and I ordered an official transcript just now. But on my order summary it says:

Order Date: 02/21/2018 at 03:54 PM CT
Order Number: *********
Student Name: *********
Delivery: Send Now (May not include current courses)
Total Charge: $.00

The admission decision e-mail from CSULB says “transcripts should include spring term enrollment where appropriate”, but the ordering service says it “may not include current courses”. There was any other option I could choose other than “send now” because other options were for delaying delivery.

Is my transcript not going to include my current courses? I’m confused :confused:

When do we have to send transcripts for CSULB?

Also are you first time freshmen or a transfer?

@kbutter1234 I’m a transfer student. And this is what the email says:

Submit official documentation by March 28, 2018 to confirm your eligibility.

Your conditional admission offer was based on the information you provided in the Supplemental Application for Transfer Applicants. Once all the official documents listed below are received we will verify that you reported accurately and, if so, we will send you an email confirming your admission.

oh nm I thought you were an undergrad. I can’t help you but @Gumbymom can!

Call the register and ask if your Spring courses will be included, if not ask when so you can make sure the required transcript with the correct information will be sent.

@kbutter1234 @Gumbymom Thank you !!

Hello! I am a transfer student as well for CSULB fall 2018. I ordered my transcripts late and they will not arrive by the deadline. But I emailed them my confirmation email and my unofficial transcripts and explained my case. But everywhere is closed and the site I used said they offer electronic transcripts and that my school send them and csulb said they accept as well but it was not an option only mail delivery. I’m deeply distressed and the people at CSULB told me to email their transcript office about my case and my confirmation orders.

@Gumbymom do you have any advice for me?? I’ve seen that you’re very knowledgeable on various posts regarding CSULB.
