Question about Parchment - how accurate are their predictions?

For those of you who have already been accepted to schools, did you find Parchment to be pretty accurate?

I used it for my kids (entering college frosh and sophomore) 2 years in a row. With both, Parchment predictions were accurate with minimum 67% needed for acceptance, 28% and above for defer/wait list, anything below that was straight deny.
