Question about Parent's Education Level on Fafsa

<p>If a parent graduated from high school and took some college classes (never earned degree), would I say that the highest level of education is high school?</p>

<p>Also, does this information even affect the results of financial aid in any way? Or is it just to gather demographics data?</p>

<p>Unless there is an option for “some college” it would be HS. It does not affect FA.</p>
