<p>Penn State is one of the schools I am applying to as a transfer. Im currently a freshman and I think that if you transfer in as a sophomore they make you stay at a satellite campus. So I was wondering which satellite campus' are the best to apply to? Im interested in business, and I'd need housing because im out of state.</p>
<p>Probably the Biggest, SO I'd say Behrend (Erie) or Altoona.</p>
